Helen Mirren: I am Nudist at Heart

Actress Helen Mirren, famous for disrobing in Calendar Girls and Caligula, has no plan to grow old gracefully and has pledged to continue stripping off, both on screen and in public.

"I am a nudist at heart," says Helen, 62. "I have been on many nudist beaches. It is amazing how quickly feelings of self-consciousness disappear. "Of course, it only works if everyone else is naked, too."As for another naked turn in front of the cameras, the Oscar-winning actress declares: "I have never said 'never again' to nudity and I am not going to."
